ContentHub is a digital platform provided and operated by MTN for the purpose of hosting and distributing user-generated audio and video content created and uploaded by independent content providers ("Creators").

1. Ownership of Content

1. 1.1All content made available on the ContentHub platform, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, opinions, statements, commentary, and other materials, is created, uploaded, and owned solely by the respective content roviders.
2. 1.2The views, opinions, statements, beliefs, or representations expressed in such content do not reflect the views, opinions, or positions of MTN, its affiliates, employees, partners, or contractors.

2. Platform Role & Neutrality

1. 2.1MTN acts strictly as a technology and distribution platform provider and does not assume the role of publisher, editor, or content owner of user-generated content hosted on ContentHub.
2. 2.2While MTN may implement content guidelines, moderation processes, and review mechanisms to promote responsible use of the platform, such measures do not constitute endorsement, approval, or verification of any content uploaded by creators.

3. Content Responsibility

1. 3.1Each content provider is solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, or distribute on ContentHub, including ensuring that such content:
1. 3.1.1Complies with applicable laws and regulations;
2. 3.1.2Does not infringe intellectual property rights;
3. 3.1.3Does not contain defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, explicit, or unlawful material; and
4. 3.1.4Does not violate the rights, dignity, or safety of others.
2. 3.2Any liability arising from the content — including legal claims, damages, or regulatory actions — rests entirely with the content provider responsible for that content.

4. No Liability for User-Generated Content

1. 4.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTN shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, harm, or claims arising from or related to:
1. 4.1.1The accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content;
2. 4.1.2Opinions, statements, or representations made by content providers; and
3. 4.1.3Any reliance placed by users on such content.
2. 4.2Users access and consume content on ContentHub at their own discretion and risk.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

1. 5.1MTN reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, restrict, suspend, or remove any content or creator account that is found to be in violation of platform policies, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements.
2. 5.2However, the absence of removal or moderation does not imply acceptance or endorsement of any content by MTN.

6. Reporting & Compliance

1. Users are encouraged to report content they believe violates platform guidelines or applicable laws. MTN will review reported content in accordance with its internal processes and applicable regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Endorsement

1. The inclusion of any content, creator, advertisement, or promotional material on ContentHub does not constitute endorsement by MTN of the content provider, their views, or their products or services.

8. Changes to Content Policy

1. MTN reserves the right to update, amend, or modify its content policies and disclaimer statements at any time to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.

9. Prohibited Content (Explicit & Sensitive Material)

1. 9.1ContentHub does not permit the upload, publication, or distribution of content that includes, promotes, or depicts:
1. 9.1.1Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material;
2. 9.1.2Sexual exploitation or abuse of any kind;
3. 9.1.3Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence;
4. 9.1.4Harassment, intimidation, or harmful conduct; and
5. 9.1.5Content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to public morals.
2. 9.2Such content is strictly prohibited and shall not be associated with, attributed to, or linked to MTN in any manner.
3. 9.3MTN reserves the right to remove or restrict access to such content immediately and take appropriate action against offending accounts.

10. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

1. 10.1MTN does not guarantee:
1. 10.1.1Continuous or uninterrupted Platform functionality;
2. 10.1.2Accuracy or availability of Content;
3. 10.1.3Freedom from errors, malware, or harmful code.
2. 10.2Users access the Platform at their own risk.

11. Changes to Policy

1. MTN may amend or update this disclaimer and the Platform’s content policies at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, operational, or safety requirements.
